Admission Procedure:
The aspirant parents may approach the school for admission of their wards. Admission details can be obtained by phone from school office or visit the school during the working hour. Admissions for Classes Prep to XI are subject to the availability of seats against outgoing students.
Office staff will get back to you to answer your questions and collect the required information.
Parents / Guardian are expected to visit the school campus to understand the culture and ethics of the institution, whether it is in sync with their expectations from the school that they will choose for their child. CV Admissions department will present details on the infrastructure, capacity, availability of seat, values and ethics, discipline and vision of the school.
The parents need to Register their ward online for admission test ( Entrance Exam) through online mode of payment of Rs.500/- .
Admission in a class can be confirmed if the child found suitable through Interview/Entrance test on the basis of merit.
If the child’s admission is confirmed, then the parent needs to fill up the admission form and ensure all documents are in order. The child will be met to ensure that there is no special help needed for the child in the school.
The Chinmaya Vidyalaya, NTPC, Unchahar admission criteria are as follows:

4+ years complete for prep on 31st March
5+ years complete as for Class-I on 31st March

Birth Certificate from office of registrar of birth and death of the State Government.
Transfer Certificate (from previous school, if applicable).
Photocopy of previous school Mark-sheets (originals will be verified at the time of admission, if applicable).
Medical reports(child’s immunization reports).
Note:
School text books and Uniforms are to be purchased from book store.
